A real estate agent in San Francisco introduced me to Phillipa years ago. It was a no-brainer for me to list our townhouse with her when it came. The process with Phillipa was impressive from the get-go. We knew we had minor detail work to do in the house before listing it. Phillipa was very honest about what must be done (nothing major - paint, etc.). Once we were ready to list, we got a complete timeline of what to expect, when to expect it with dates, etc. Phillipa did all of the arranging of inspections, cleaning, staging, and every step needed for a successful listing. When it was all said and done, we stayed on schedule to the exact day/date and went live on the MLS as expected from the get-go. I think any home seller wants to sell their property quickly. We went live around December 15th. My concern was the holidays, but Phillipa told me not to worry. We were in escrow seven days …

Phillipa did a great job getting my late mother's condominium fixed up and sold while I was in Santa Barbara. She was professional and pleasant to deal with through the whole process. I appreciated that she arranged for last minute repairs, and was photographing them on the day escrow closed, to make sure that it closed on schedule.
