Phillipa’s expertise goes beyond transactions. Originally from New Zealand, with formative years in Australia, Phillipa moved to Marin in 1970 after working as an emergency nurse in San Francisco. Here, she raised her family, built lasting community ties, and found her true calling in real estate.
